A: Yes, welcome to place an sample order to check quality or market.
Q2. What's the sample and goods lead time?
A: The stock sample for 1 day, custom sample for 7-10 days, bulk order for 20-25 days.
Q3. What is the shipping method?
A: For sample and small order,we advise expree like DHL,TNT,Fedex,UPS,etc.
For big orders,we advise shippment by sea or by air.
Q4. How can we guarantee quality?
A: Always a pre-production sample before mass production; always final Inspection before shipment.
Q5. How to proceed an order?
A: Firstly let us know your requirements. Secondly, We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions. Thirdly, customer confirms the artworks and pay the deposit for formal orders. Fourthly We arrange the production & shipment then you pay the balance to us.
Q6. Is it OK to print my logo on the product?
A: Yes. Please provide the logo AI file so that our designer can make the mockup for your approval. The minimum quantity of customized logo is 100 units.
